In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for the purchase of two (2) computer servers (specifications attached) for the Technology and School Food Service Departments. Each purchase will consist of one (1) server and three (3) hard drives. Funds are available for this purchase within the General Purpose School Fund and Central Cafeteria Fund budgets for the current fiscal year as previously approved by the Board. We received bids from four (4) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

GovConnection – $4,473.00
CDW Government LLC – $4,503.68
Personal Computer Systems, Inc. – $4,887.00
MXN Corporation – $4,909.00

The low bid meeting all specifications was submitted by GovConnection in the amount of $4,473.00 for each computer server.

Consider/Approve Computer Server Bid
